The Educator Workforce Academy (EWA) is a year-long professional development program for educators across North Florida. Established in 2023 by the Talent Development Council, the EWA connects school leaders with local industries and workforce partners, bridging the gap between education and the skills needed for career success.

Through hands-on learning and direct engagement with regional employers, EWA participants gain insights into the industries driving our economy and discover ways to bring that knowledge back to their schools. The program equips principals and system leaders to make curriculum more relevant, strengthen career pathways, and better prepare students for future opportunities.

Since its launch, EWA has graduated two cohorts of dedicated education leaders, with the current Class III continuing the mission of aligning classrooms with careers.
